Developing physical skills
At Sapana School, exercise is a key part of our daily routine. Every morning, children start their day with invigorating yoga sessions that help them stay calm and focused. They also enjoy playing in our huge playground, which is right in front of their classrooms. The playground is filled with exciting equipment like seesaws, swings, tunnels, hanging nets, slides, and footballs.
This variety of play options ensures that children stay active, develop their physical skills, and have fun with their friends. Students engage in regular physical activity to promote fitness and overall health. We believe in the importance of physical activity for a healthy and happy childhood.
